내가 너무 좋아하는 멤버들..
오사카에 있을때 일은 힘들었지만 이사람들때문에 너무 즐거웠다.
완젼 한국사람같다... 고마워요.. ^___^

친구랑 부딪혀서 코뼈가 나갈뻔했다.다행인건 내가 고글을 쓰고 있었던것. 안썼음 친구가 내 얼굴을 보드로 지나가서...

샤브샤브 먹었다.내 옆에 오빠가 고추장을 가져왔던거 같다.역시 한국사람은 고추장이야 흐흐흐

이 스키장은 초보자들에게 타기좋은 곳이였다.경사가 완만하고 폭도 넓어서 부딪힐 위험도 심지어 굴러도 안아프당.. -.-
하지만 동경에서 너무멀고 신칸센도 애매해서 별로 추천해주고 싶지 않다.


이 사진 좋아한다.내가 멋지게 나왔다.ㅋㅋㅋ 꽤나 타는 멋진 여성 보더처럼 나왔다.이히히히 ^____^

이 사진만 찍고 셋이서 뿔뿔히 흩어졌었다.난 열심히 혼자 곤도라까지 탔다.그 모습이 딱해보였는지 앞에 있던 할아버지가 '혼자 왔어요?'하고 물었다.'아..-.-;;; 친구가... 먼저 가버려서요..'. 그리고 그 날 난 S를 마스터했다.-.-v
피곤에 찌든 나... 화장도 다 지워지고.. 빨리 집에 가고 싶었던거 같은 표정 ㅋㅋ

아.. 이때 정말 미친듯이 스키장 다녔었던거 같다.한시즌에 15-16번정도.ㅋㅋ
거의 오빠들과 같이 다녔는데 나보고 속도가 느리다고 엄청 구박했었다.하지만 나중에 언니들과 가니 내가 젤 빨랐다.ㅋㅋ


파마머리 참 편했다.또 파마 할까... ㅋㅋ

2월이였는데 그중에서도 가장 추운날이였던걸로 기억된다.일본에 놀러온 내 친구는 살얼음같은 추위에 경악을 금치못했다.봄날씨를 생각한 친구에게 내 코트를 빌려주었다.거기다 발 편하라고 나의 운동화까지.. ㅋㅋ -.- 그래서 난 반바지에
부츠를 .. 아하하핫.. ^^;;

키가 크고 거대한 미키라 생각했었는데 나보다 작은 미키였다.-.-; 좀 깜딱놀랐지만 키 작은 미키를 위해 허리를 숙여주었다.하하...
미니의 집.대략 우리집 보다 좋았다.




인기 없던 캐릭터.그래서 사진찍이 쉬웠다.흐흐..

Bad bosses can cause heart attacks

Having a bad boss could be bad for your heart. This is the conclusion of a Swedish study on management styles and health. The researchers concluded that poor managers can increase their employee's risk of developing heart disease. The Stockholm University study analyzed data on the health of 3,000 male workers. They compared the data with the results from questionnaires about senior managers. The questions asked workers if they thought their boss was considerate, communicated well and offered positive feedback. Other questions looked at how much work bosses gave to workers and how well they outlined their goals. The research team found that workers who respected their bosses were healthier and had fewer heart problems.

The report is published in the journal Occupational and Environmental Medicine. It suggests that companies should re-train bosses to improve worker health. A healthier workforce will improve the overall health of the company. Investing in providing leadership skills to senior managers could be a good long-term investment. The researchers said a more supportive and understanding boss would reduce the chances of workers developing high blood pressure and stress-related illnesses. Magnus Larsson, an engineer for a large IT company, agreed with the report’s findings. He believes his heart attack last year was because of his boss: “The guy was a monster. Working for him was a daily nightmare for eight years,” Larsson said.

Today I will tell you about my bad boss. From now, I call him bad pig.
This project started 4 months ago. At that time, I worked in project by myself. BUT suddenly he appeared. I think maybe when we met first time, our relationship was good. But as time goes on, I don't like his way of talking. He always talked me just like that:::
For example "Be make some resources. Expecially write here"
One day It happened the tragedy between bad pig and me 2 weeks ago.
There's a higher manager in this project. He gave me some works. The works just is connected he and I. But he said "From now, Include him about this work".
One day bad pig and I were discussing about the work. At that time the work had a problem.
I wanted to solve the problem. But he said :::
"I don' know. This project originally is not relate to me.  I don' care about the work.
 I'm really angry. From now, If you have a problem with this work, you must solve with your higher manager. I don't want to relate of you"
From that time, I never decide to talk with him.
So now, we seldom talk to each other. Although we are close to each other, we just send an e-mail.
Today when I got to office, he sent me an E-mail which about today's work. He gave me the work as impossible as end.
