What's your favorite way to waste time?
When I have some my spare time, I usually work out outdoors.
I sit on my chair all day at work, so I need to exercise.
Besides I don't need to talk to others at work.
So I try to get along with my friends who can work out.
These days I do cycling or running. Sometimes I attend marathons.
It's hard to keep running without taking a break.
But the harder I run, the happier I get. I heard that something which helps us makes us feel happy.
Last week, I wanted to run outside.
But I couldn't, because the fine dust was so bad.
I wish it had been sunny.
I hope that it will be sunny this weekend.
